Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our 200+ unit apartment community. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the property, completing service requests and apartment turnovers in a timely manner while attending to the needs of our residents. This position requires to be on call for any emergencies.
Qualifications
Two or more years of general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs and painting is required. Must be organized, able to communicate with others and adhere to company policy. Prior experience in the property management field is preferred but not required. Valid drivers license is required. Housing will not be provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
