Leasing Manager - Sacramento, CA 95841

Description

This is a leasing/assistant manager, full-time position requiring working of Saturdays in Sacramento on 150 units. We are looking for someone dedicated to high performance and detail with good time management and organization skills who can be committed to contributing their best for this property and team to maintain their high financial performance.

WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THIS POSITION IMMEDIATELY - $14 PER HR W/ QUARTERLY BONUS POTENTIAL - Tuesday thru Saturday

*Lease apartment homes and sell ancillary products & services
*Collect information by completing guest cards and conduct tours by showing community ammenities, model apartments and vacant units
*Set up and break down mini models
*Answer all incoming phone calls including inquiries from prospective residents, collecting work orders, and handling customer related issues.
*Follow-up with all current and prospective residents
*Follow-up with all Lead-to-lease and internet leads
*Prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate manner for manager approval
*Conduct all move-in and move-out paperwork and inspections
*Consistently post and update internet marketing sources
*Follow policies and procedures regarding the quality acceptance of applicants for residency, prepare for manager approval
*Conduct market surveys
* Assist supervisor(s) with monthly closing and other community related tasks as needed.
*Assist with and attend planning functions
*Input resident work order requests, follow-up with residents to ensure satisfaction, and complete all yardi enteries.
*Ensure property site leasing path is attractive and ready for prospects viewing
*schedule the turn and conduct final inspection to ensure vacant units are ready for new move-in
*Responsible for ensuring late fees are collected and that utility bills are paid and delinquent utility notices are served
*Responsible for preparing, submitting for approval, and than serving lease renewal notices using a lease renewal workbook and matrix
*Participate in company meetings and training classes

This is a full-time position working 9-6 Tue.-Sat.

ATTENDANCE: THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO WORK ANY OF THE 52 WEEKS IN THE YEAR. IT IS CRITICAL THAT THIS INDIVIDUAL BE COMMITTED TO WORKING THEIR SCHEDULED HOURS PLUS ANY OTHER HOURS NEEDED TO COMPLETE AND MEET GOALS AND DEADLINES


Qualifications

This person will have two(2) year minimum experience in property management, must be experienced and consistent at conducting follow-up,EXCELLENT at both phone and in person sales, extreme attention to detail, strong work ethic, self-motivated, cheerful, posses high energy and commitment to high performance and has a professional image. They must own a high math apptitude,good organization skills, computer literate, experience and training in email ettiquette, familiar with Yardi Voyager software, can take instruction, and follow policies and procedures as set forth. ONLY PERSONS EXPERIENCED IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, YARDI VOYAGER, AND ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST WILL BE CONSIDERED

Education

A high school graduate with some college training in business, sales, sales presentations, computer software, and team-development
