Description
Property Management Co. for a 100 Apartment Community seeks an upbeat leasing/project assistant to shine. You will be required to tour prospective residents, answer phones and assist in the leasing process including paperwork, renewal activity, outside marketing and rent collection. This dynamic individual must possess strong sales abilities, phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills. Perform all other duties as directed by the Property Manager, and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.

Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required
Sales experience minimum one-year preferred
