Description
The Leasing Manager is the property's lead sales position and as such must ensure the leasing team maximizes revenue, achieves results, provides superior customer service, and meets occupancy goals. As Leasing Manager, you will manage the sales process, from start to finish; presenting and marketing our apartments and communities in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships, and creating excitement. As a leader, you will create a team environment by motivating, developing and supporting the Leasing Consultants. A successful Leasing Manager must demonstrate superior sales, leadership, customer service, problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Basic computer skills and attention to detail also required. Prior experience in leasing required. Management experience preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or some college coursework preferred. Weekends required.
