Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a solutions-oriented professional to manage a portion of our Sacramento area apartment portfolio.

The Regional Manager will provide daily supervision and management of the overall operations of each apartment community in the assigned portfolio, consisting of 6 to 8 communities totaling approximately 1,200 apartments. Daily management includes timely collection of rents, effective marketing and leasing, effective supervision of on-site personnel, emphasis on preventive maintenance and effective construction management. Must have ability to effectively select, train and motivate employees. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and effectively produce analytical and operational reports for Senior Management.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Performance based bonus program. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

Must have 2-5 years experience in multi-site apartment property management. Must possess strong and effective management, verbal and written communication, strong financial analysis, effective leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Education

BA/BS degree preferred.
