Description
Come and join our dynamic team! A large privatley owned developer of rental housing (approximatley 14,000 units nationwide) is seeking a Full Charge Marketing Analyst. This is not a sales position, however a great personality is a must.
Qualifications
Must understand the leasing cycle. Must understand traffic generation. Must understand Excel,Word,Powerpoint, and Yardi is a plus. Must be organized. Willing to review data from various sources and summarize. Must understand the relationship of numbers and be able to help draw a conclusion. Must be willing to work with Industry Partners to foster successful retionships.
Must be willing to intermediate between residents and managers.
