Description
VPM Management Inc. has an immediate need for an Apartment Manager to manage an affordable housing community with 80 apartment homes located in Santa Rosa. Selected individual will increase occupancy, ensure residents comply with affordable housing guidelines, promote a community atmosphere, train, supervise and direct staff, perform administrative duties and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
NO RENT COLLECTION RESPONSIBILITIES!!
COMPENSATION $24K - $34K, APARTMENT, PAID UTILITIES, FULL INSURANCE BENEFITS, 401(k), VACATION, PAID HOLIDAYS, ETC.
Qualifications
Selected individual must possess a minimum of 3 years property management experience, a working knowledge of Tax Credit and Bond programs, administrative and resident relation skills. Additionally, must possess outstanding leadership and supervisory skills along with good administrative skills.
Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Formal training in Fair Housing Regulations. Also training in Tax Credit, Management, Supervision, Resident Relations and Marketing/Leasing highly preferred.
