Responsibilities:
As Community Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the operations of the community to ensure performance at or above annual budget
* Developing strategies and executing action plans to maximize profitability and minimize loss in operations
* Driving the growth and development of the team through effective coaching and counseling techniques
Qualifications
The right candidate will have at least:
* 3 years of solid property management experience
* Must be skilled in leading a team and providing guidance as needed
* Good organization skills a must
* Experience in industry software a plus
* High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
