We are seeking an energetic, sales and customer service driven individual. We have a position available at our beautiful class A apartment community in Rancho Cordova.
As the Leasing Consultant of one of our premier properties, you will assist our prospective customers in choosing to make their home with Sequoia Equities.
Responsibilities:
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for greeting prospective residents and showcasing the community. Other duties include maintaining resident relations through providing exceptional customer service and marketing through online and print ads, as well as partnering with local businesses to help drive sales.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years of sales experience in which you had to aggressively seek out and encourage customers to buy from you
* High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
* Excellent customer service skills
