Description

Our beautiful 766 unit Apartment Community in Sunnyvale is seeking a Property Management Professional to work in our busy leasing office. This position requires that you assist the Manager with day to day operations but MOST important it requires that you assist current residents with questions and concerns AND lease apartments to future residents.
Our company offers professional, in-house training both at new hire and ongoing via in person and web based training programs.

Qualifications

We require that the right candidate have a PROVEN leasing and sales background. Knowledge of the current market and marketing experience important.
