Description
Community Manager needed for a 200 unit conventional residential property near the Emeryville area. Community Manager must have 5 years experience with large properties. Must also know utility billing systems, MS word, Yardi, Excel and be a top end manager. Multitasking production and professional people skills with a high level of written communications abilities are required. Position offers competitive benefits and salary.
