We are seeking highly motivated, experienced and energetic candidates for the position of Leasing Consultant for our 136 Unit senior property in Sycamore, CA. We are a professional management team focused on our residents needs and we are always working to ensure that residents living experience is an enjoyable one.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a primary contact for residents and prospective residents by leasing apartments, building and maintaining positive relationships with the community while ensuring consistent application of Community Policies.

Qualifications

Bi-Lingual: Spanish is a must

=>Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel (advanced level preferred) and Outlook for Windows. Knowledge of Yardi also preferred.
=> Experience working with Tax Credit (Section 42) housing programs is preferred.
=> Strong Customer service skills.
=> Positive attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.
=> Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to interact with a variety of people and personality types.
=> Ability to solve problems involving residents, equipment failure, and emergency situations while remaining calm, rational, and professional.
=> Goal oriented.
=> Driven to further professional growth and education in the industry.
