We are seeking an energetic, sales and customer service driven individual for our beautiful class A Apartment Communities in Martinez.

As the Floating Leasing Consultant, you will assist our prospective customers in choosing to make their home with Sequoia Equities.

Responsibilities:
The Floating Leasing Consultant will be responsible for greeting prospective residents and showcasing the community. Other duties include maintaining resident relations through providing exceptional customer service and marketing through online and print ads, as well as partnering with local businesses to help drive sales.

Qualifications

1-2 years of sales experience in which you had to aggressively seek out and encourage customers to buy from you
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have own transportation
